    What is TrustBridgeVerify?

    TrustBridgeVerify Pvt Ltd runs employee background verification for corporates in India. HR opens a case for a new hire, the candidate uploads documents through a private link, each check runs with a verification partner, a person reviews every report, and HR receives one combined report as a PDF.

    Which background checks do you run?

    Address, education, employment, criminal record and ID checks. Several checks can run on the same case at the same time.

    How long does a verification take?

    Each check is tracked against a turnaround of 3 to 7 working days, depending on the type of check. Urgent cases can be marked as priority.

    Who reviews the report?

    A person at TrustBridgeVerify reviews every report before it is released. Partner reports never go to HR directly, and a weak report is sent back to the partner for correction.

    What does a candidate upload?

    PDFs, through a personal link: Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, banking documents, an application form with address details, education records, employment documents and criminal records.

    Who can see a candidate's documents?

    Only the people a case needs. Verification partners see only the cases assigned to them, and only the documents their check needs, while they are assigned. HR sees its own cases and progress, but not partner names.
